Ways to Donate, plus “Other Needs”
HONOR BOOKS:
Consider honoring someone special. Congratulate a graduate, honor an anniversary, thank a co-worker, or present a memorial.
The library accepts monetary donations for the purchase of library materials to honor the memory of individuals or celebrate a special occasion. Book plates are placed in the materials acknowledging the honoree and the donor. Notification is sent to the memorial family or the honoree. For questions, call the library at 724-745-4300. You could also stop in to make your donation or click here to complete the form before your visit!

DONATE:
Your change can help us change -- for the better! Penny the Pig is always hungry for loose change you may have, and now she has an equally hungry friend! Many children have enjoyed feeding their (parents?) change to the dinosaur located in front of the circulation desk.

SHOP:
Make your money go further by shopping at the library!
You don't have to wait for the next big sale, hundreds of paperbacks, hardbacks, even (occasional) VHS tapes are for sale year-round. In addition to the two carts found by the rear entrance, there are shelving units in the hallway...all are filled with items looking for a good home!

RECYCLE:
We now have a Kiducation clothes receptacle and three Abitibi Paper Recycling containers in the library parking lot. By recycling your gently worn clothing and old paper (including envelopes, newspapers, magazine, catalogs, office paper, etc*), you can earn the library some extra money to buy books.
*Please refrain from putting telephone books, cardboard and kitchen-type papers in the paper recycling bins as these are not accepted.
Save those Campbell Soups labels and bring them to the library. Our goal is to earn 1,500 points per month to receive a set of juvenile nonfiction books! Please keep in mind that we need the UPC from the label. Without the bar code, the label cannot be counted!
