Memorials and Celebratory Books:
Consider honoring someone special. Congratulate a graduate, honor an anniversary, thank a co-worker, or present a memorial.
The library accepts monetary donations for the purchase of library materials to honor the memory of individuals or celebrate a special occasion. Book plates are placed in the materials acknowledging the honoree and the donor. Notification is sent to the memorial family or the honoree. For questions, call the library at 724-745-4300. You could also stop in to make your donation or click here to complete the form before your visit!

Donate:
At certain times of the year we accept used book donations for our annual book sale. We will begin accepting these types of donations in March. Please hold all book donations until then.
You may also donate new books to the library by visiting our Amazon Wishlist and making purchases on our behalf. A nameplate will be placed in the book acknowledging your generosity.
Don't forget about Penny the Pig when you're visiting the library. She's always hungry for any loose change! She helped us earn $94 for wishlist books!
The library is also raising funds for renovations to the doors, windows and landscaping. Remember that all donations are tax deductible!

Recycle:
We now have two Abitibi Paper Recycling and Kiducation Clothes receptacle containers in the library parking lot. By recycling your old paper (including envelopes, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, office paper, etc*) and your old clothes that are still in good condition you can earn the library some extra money to buy books.
*Please refrain from putting telephone books, cardboard and kitchen-type papers in the paper recycling bins as these are not accepted.
Save those Campbell Soups labels and bring them to the library. Our goal is to earn 1.500 points per month to receive a set of juvenile non-fiction books! Please keep in mind that we need the UPC from the label. Without the bar code, the label cannot be counted!
